The following shall be and are hereby declared to be the fire limits of the city: Lots 6, 7 and 8 in Block 7; the south half of Block 8; Lots 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, and 11 in Block 9; the west half of Block 12; Lots 21, 22, 23, and 24 in Block 12; Lots 11, 12, 13, 14, the west 75 feet of Lots 9 and 10, and the west 150 feet of Lots 15 and 16, in Block 19; the north half of Block 18, and Lots 17, 18, 21, 22, 23, and 24 in Block 18; Lots 1, 2 and 3 in Block 17; and the east half of Block 14, Original Town

All new secondary electrical wiring within a business in the fire limits of the city will be housed in conduit as prescribed by the 1999 National Electrical Code pertaining to conduit.
